Level 5 skill acquired
-Mana Affinity-
lvl 1
Passively grants a 10% increase to [INT] and [MND] at the cost of 10 HP and 5 HP Regen.
Skill requirements: 10 [INT] 10 [MND] -Internal Mana Control- lvl 50 -External Mana Control- lvl 50
This will consume 10 levels of -Internal Mana Control- and -External Mana Control- to aquire
Another passive that granted me stat buffs! With that all my stats now have passives that buff them. I figured if that's the case I might as well level all 6 of my stats and distribute all 60 points evenly. I know in the long run I should specialize as min-maxing made for better characters, but I still had no clue what class I was going to be. Also, if I looked at my skills they were all over the place and relied on different stats too. Right now my most logical move was to be an all around character and just use my EXP later on to level up the corresponding passive I needed for the class. This would hopefully make up for whatever shortcomings this'll cause me later on. I also concentrated on -External Mana Control-, -Physical Enchant-, -Body Part Enhancement-, -Elemental Enchant- and -Layering- which are now levels 80, 45, 40, and 20 respectively. -Hardening- also leveled up to 11, but dropped back down level 1 due to -Layering-'s leveling. Right now I'm quite happy with the resulting 302 HP and 503 MP. I do hope this will be enough that I won't be too much of a burden in a level 20 group. However its doubtful, as my resulting stats at the moment with -Physical Enchant- on is only on par with about a level 10 purely on stats. I could hold -Physical Enchant-x4 with only external mana and result with about a level 25. This of course also didn't factor in whatever boosts and extra stat points one got from class specialization. Add the fact that higher leveled skills are definitely a lot more powerful than anything in my current skill set. I also don't have any equipment as of yet, I'm really lagging far behind.
This led me to studying up on my codex with the remaining time I had left. I concentrated on the monsters that we expected to be encountering. There were supposed to be ogres, trolls, hobgoblins, goblins, and the boss was reported to be a minotaur. The codex had a basic a basic anatomy on it marking critical points and hardest spots. There was also information on their fighting style and tactics on how to defeat it. The trip to the library was still paying off! About 15 minutes before we were supposed to meet I was over EAT's public area, which they waved the fee when they saw my name was on a list of adventurers with guild business, and was waiting for the rest to arrive.
